→ Contract conclusion
Agreements and tariff are fixed in the contract for site support. We outline the warranty obligations, as well as the conditions of access to confidential information. We agree the details with you, make the necessary adjustments and sign the contract. And issue an invoice for payment.
→ Making a site backup
Before starting support and development work, we create a full backup of your site. This ensures that in case of disputable situations, we can quickly and fairly resolve them, restoring the site to its original state and check the work of this or that functionality.
→ Accepting and putting tasks to work
After creating a backup, we start accepting and launching tasks from you. You can send tasks in any convenient way: by mail, phone, WhatsApp and Telegram messengers or via our CRM system.
→ Evaluation and approval of tasks
When we receive a task from you, we promptly assess its complexity and scope of work. We inform you about the necessary time and deadlines for the task. After your approval of the task, we put it into work.
→ Additional recommendations
In addition to the tasks that we receive from you, we suggest and let you know what we think needs to be done additionally. This may include upgrading the software version on your hosting, setting up regular backups, updating your site's CMS, increasing load speed and other improvements.
→ We work in a test environment
We perform large and complex tasks in a test environment to minimise risks. After successful testing and your approval, we transfer the changes to the live server.

At the end of the work we provide reporting. We show you how to use the new features of your site after modifications.
